Enrolment FormsAttached is the enrolment forms for both adults and children/youth. Please download and fill out the form that is relevent to you.
Once complete, please hand your forms into the front office, or email to [email protected], to finalise enrollment.

Note: If you wish to enrol ESL or Job Ready course, you'll need to get in touch with the office staff, as we have different forms for these classes.

Class FeesClass fees are due at the time you enrol or re-enrol into a class, This will confirm your place in the class.

CancellationsAll classes are subject to minimum enrolment numbers. If classes are cancelled, a full refund will be given.
|
Missed ClassesIf you miss a class, it may be possible to do a make up class within the same term.

RefundsRefunds are only available up to 7 days prior to the first class. Refunds attract a $20 administration fee.
