We would like to thank you for your ongoing support of the Centre. The Centre will be implementing some important changes to the Enrolment procedures. ALL ENROLMENTS:
Shall be accepted in the order they are received but priority re-enrolment is available to continuing full term paying participants
Are confirmed upon payment of class fees
No enrolment is accepted without payment of class fees. Returning participants may re-enrol from the 3rd last week of the current term. Payment is required when re-enrolling or places in the class will not be held. Classes/activities are open to new enrolments from the last week of the current term. CANCELLED CLASSES All classes are subject to minimum enrolments. If there are insufficient numbers, classes may be cancelled in which case a full refund will be given. REFUNDS & MISSED CLASSES Refunds are available only up to 7 days prior to the commencement of classes or activities. An administration fee of $20 applies to all refunds unless: · a doctor’s certificate is provided. · a course or activity is cancelled by Waverley Community Learning Centre (WCLC). No refund or credit is available for missed classes unless a medical certificate can be provided. Please see attached policies for more information. Should you have any questions, please feel free to speak to our staff.
On another note, please do not attend WCLC if you or your child/ren feel unwell, have a cold, a temperature or other symptoms no matter how mild. We need to minimise the risk of spreading influenza, COVID and other general illness at the Centre. We hope you keep warm and safe during this cold winter.
